We can pack and ship finished board batches. We can also coordinate partner services for further QC, kitting, warehousing and fulfillment.
How we pack
- Board labeling Boards are labelled after the wire bonding process is completed. We will use our standard batch identification numbering unless you need something different.
- One die type per box. Clear separation of bonded boards. Each different type of die or board is kept separate and clearly labelled before packing.
- Ship. To you, your customer or to your fulfilment partner.
Serial numbers and traceability
Board serialisation, batch labels and links to test records are agreed with the job scope. Tell us what level of identification you need.

Questions
Do you ship failed boards?
We usualy send out entire panels including any failed boards but let us know if you need us to only ship QC pass boards.
Can you ship to more than one place?
Yes.
